Sach mein pure veg hai na?
It is the first thing a lot of people in Sundargarh ask, and usually the last thing a menu answers. So here it is plainly: every single item we make is 100% pure vegetarian, and every single item is eggless. All 35 of them. There is no asterisk.
What "eggless" means here
Egg hides in more places than people expect, which is why "veg" on its own is not an answer. Three of them matter on a pizza menu:
- The base. Ours has no egg in it. Nothing is brushed with egg wash.
- The mayo and the dips. Ordinary mayonnaise is made with egg. Ours is eggless — that is the only kind that comes into this kitchen.
- The sauces. No egg in the pizza sauce, the white sauce or the chutney.
Not "veg-friendly" — actually a veg-only kitchen
Plenty of places serve a veg menu out of a kitchen that also cooks meat. Same pans, same oven, same hands. For a lot of families that is the whole problem, and it is not something a label on the menu fixes.
Nothing non-veg has ever been cooked here. Not on a different shelf, not on a different day, not for a special order. There is one kitchen and one set of pans, so there is nothing to keep separate and nothing to get wrong on a busy night.

One thing we will not claim
We are not a Jain kitchen. Onion and garlic go into most of what we cook, and both are root vegetables. We would rather say that here than have someone order in good faith and get food they cannot eat. If you avoid onion and garlic, call us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

The green mark next to every item is not decoration — it is the same fact, in the place you are looking when you decide. Have a look at the full menu: the pizzas, the grilled sandwiches, the pastas, the Maggi and the sides are all in the same one category.
The last bite
A pure veg kitchen should not be a thing you have to investigate. Ours is the whole business, not a section of it — so order the paneer pizza at 1 AM and think about nothing else.
